Due to the unorganized supply of materials used in production of our goods the cost of production can vary from time to time, so as to avoid any discrepancies, the rate of goods selected is given to you at the time of placing the order. |

What are your payment terms? |

Payment terms are as follows: |

Small orders that are less than US$ 2500, we only accept full payment in advance via “Telegraphic Transfer” (TT) to our bank, on request we will provide you the bank details. |

For large orders we accept “Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit” at site open from a prime bank. |

All of our prices are F.O.B ex works Delhi. |

What are your terms regarding samples? |

We send samples of all regular products to our regular clients free of cost including shipping cost. For our new customers we request them to bear the shipping costs and forward us their International Courier account number with either UPS/DHL/Fed Ex/TNT or any other reputed courier on freight collect basis. |

V3 Crafts cannot be held responsible should local customs wish to confiscate any item in the parcel or charge any Import Duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. |
